Job Description: Position: Special field inspector for developer structural construction, condominiums turn-over,
existing construction, and Structural Drafting Designer.
Responsibilities: Structural, waterproofing, caulking, strengthening, concrete repair inspection
duties; ensured all field conditions complied with signed and sealed contract documents and verified
final sign off by the Engineer of Record, Specialty Engineers and Building Department. Reviewed
structural design layouts in coordination with project manager. Attended weekly status meetings to
get update on current project. Inspected and approved installation of various construction completed
work. Specialized in glazing installation. Communicated with third party manufacturers to discuss
field conditions. Edited, supervised and coordinated architectural and structural plan with project
team members.
