Job Description: Acted as in-house consultant for 180,000 employee hotel and resort company. Designed and implemented Starwood’s first global core people processes including competency models, talent management systems, selection and assessment, and leader development programs. In 2005 evolved these programs and helped launch a company-wide branding effort and new global corporate strategy. Worked with General Managers and brand teams to translate key HR programs and processes into brand language and aligned them with corporate strategy in order to make the new vision come alive through our employees.
